01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the jilliace online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services made available through the website at jilliace.vip and any associated mobile interfaces (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, logging in, depositing funds, or participating in any game or promotion on jilliace, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including registered players, guests browsing the site, and any other persons who access or use any part of the Platform.

jilliace reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates.

02 Eligibility & Age Requirement

To be eligible to register and use the jilliace platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age;
• You are a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is permitted under applicable law;
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of jilliace, nor an immediate family member of such a person;
• You have not previously been self-excluded from jilliace or any other gaming platform under a self-exclusion agreement that remains in effect;
• You are not registered on any national self-exclusion register that prohibits your participation in online gaming.

jilliace reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If a player is found to be under 21 years of age, their account will be immediately suspended, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposits will be returned in accordance with applicable regulations. jilliace takes underage gambling extremely seriously and employs age verification procedures during and after registration.

03 Account Registration

To access the full range of games and services on jilliace, you must register a player account. Each individual may hold only one (1) account on the jilliace platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form. You further agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate, current, and complete at all times. jilliace is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. You agree to:

• Keep your login credentials strictly confidential and not share them with any third party;
• Notify jilliace immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security;
• Ensure that you log out of your account at the end of each session, particularly when using shared or public devices;
• Accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account, whether or not authorized by you.

jilliace reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or terminate any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraudulent activity, violation of these Terms, or any other conduct deemed harmful to the Platform or its users.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

jilliace supports deposits and withdrawals through payment methods approved for use in the Philippines. Accepted payment channels include GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and bank transfers via major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to Philippine bank accounts may also be accepted where available.

The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• All funds deposited into your jilliace account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted;
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the registered account holder;
• jilliace reserves the right to conduct identity verification checks before processing any withdrawal;
• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method and are subject to standard banking and e-wallet processing periods;
• jilliace does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges;
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once credited to your gaming account. Contact support immediately if you believe an error has occurred;
• jilliace reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending completion of identity verification, fraud checks, or investigation of suspected bonus abuse.

Any funds in your jilliace account that remain inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity fee as disclosed in your account terms. jilliace will make reasonable efforts to notify you before any such fee is applied.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

jilliace offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time the offer is made. General conditions applicable to all bonuses include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only and may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless expressly stated;
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be specified in the individual promotion terms;
• jilliace reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice;
• Bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer, exploitation of software errors, or collusion with other players, will result in the forfeiture of all bonuses and associated winnings and may result in account suspension;
• Players who have opted into a self-exclusion or cooling-off period are not eligible to receive or use bonuses during that period;
• jilliace reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether a player's wagering activity qualifies toward meeting bonus wagering requirements.

06 Gameplay Rules

All games available on the jilliace platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to abide by the applicable game rules in addition to these Terms.

The following general gameplay conditions apply across all jilliace games:

• Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) for digital games, or by real physical equipment operated by trained dealers for live casino games. jilliace does not manipulate game outcomes;
• In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game round, jilliace will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue fairly. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a technical error, the affected bet may be voided and the wagered amount returned to the player's account;
• jilliace reserves the right to void any bet or game result that it reasonably believes was affected by a software error, data corruption, or any other technical fault;
• Players are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection before placing bets. jilliace is not liable for losses resulting from connectivity issues on the player's end;
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface. These limits may be adjusted at jilliace's discretion.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jilliace platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false information during registration or at any other time, impersonating another person, or using fraudulent payment methods;
• Money Laundering: Using the jilliace platform to launder money or to facilitate any transaction that is illegal under Philippine law or international anti-money laundering regulations;
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker or coordinated betting strategies in live games;
• Cheating Software: Using any automated software, bot, script, or other tool to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players;
• Multi-Accounting: Creating or operating more than one account on the jilliace platform;
• Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorized chargebacks or payment reversals through your bank or e-wallet provider;
• Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage or to obtain funds to which you are not entitled;
• Unauthorized Access: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform, other players' accounts, or jilliace's internal systems.

08 Responsible Gaming

jilliace provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account dashboard. Once set, limits take effect immediately and can only be increased after a mandatory cooling-off period;
• Loss Limits: Players may set a maximum loss threshold, after which play is automatically paused for the remainder of the applicable period;
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure reminders that notify them of how long they have been playing in a single session;
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary suspension of their account for a defined period (e.g., 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days);
• Self-Exclusion: Players who believe they have a gambling problem may request permanent self-exclusion from the jilliace platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and, once confirmed, cannot be reversed for a minimum period of six (6) months.

jilliace encourages any player who feels that their gambling is becoming a problem to make use of these tools immediately and to seek professional support. Players may also contact our support team directly to request account restrictions or self-exclusion at any time.

In accordance with PAGCOR regulations and jilliace's commitment to player protection, the Platform strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement and will not knowingly permit underage individuals to register or play. Players found to be under the legal age will have their accounts closed and any deposits returned.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the jilliace platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall look and feel of the Platform, is the property of jilliace or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from jilliace;
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or content on the Platform;
• Use any data mining, scraping, crawling, or similar data gathering tools on the Platform;
• Frame or mirror any part of the Platform on any other website or application without express written authorization.

Any unauthorized use of jilliace's intellectual property may result in legal action. The jilliace name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of jilliace and may not be used without prior written permission.

10 Privacy & Data

jilliace collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key points regarding your data include:

• Your personal information is collected for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and improving the Platform;
• jilliace does not sell your personal data to third parties;
• Your data may be shared with regulatory authorities, payment processors, and identity verification providers where required by law or necessary to operate the Platform;
• You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data, subject to applicable legal and regulatory retention requirements.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jilliace, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from technical malfunctions, connectivity issues, or game errors;
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials;
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any game;
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform.

jilliace's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jilliace account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude jilliace's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

12 Account Termination

jilliace reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time and without prior notice if it determines, in its sole discretion, that you have violated any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or posed a risk to the integrity of the Platform or the safety of other users.

You may also request the closure of your account at any time by contacting jilliace support. Upon account closure:

• Any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to identity verification;
• Bonus balances and associated winnings that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited;
• jilliace will retain your account data for the period required by applicable law and regulatory obligations, even after account closure.

Players who have self-excluded may not request account reopening until the minimum self-exclusion period has elapsed and all required verification steps have been completed.

13 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

jilliace operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations, including those administered by PAGCOR. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction.

14 Amendments to These Terms

jilliace reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, jilliace will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.

The date of the most recent revision will always be displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the jilliace platform after any amendments have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 12.
